This page explains how to exercise a consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase from Charikleia Tsitinidou, trading as Claire’s Closet.
Your right to withdraw
Where the statutory right applies, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. For goods, the period normally ends 14 days after you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receives the goods. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends.
How to tell us
Send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your order. You can email info@clairescloset.gr or write to Claire’s Closet, Irodotou 8, 69132 Komotini, Greece. Include your name and order number if available. No special wording is required.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. Please contact us first at info@clairescloset.gr for return instructions and confirmation of the return address. Unless we have agreed to pay the return cost, or did not tell you about it before purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. You may handle goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
Refunds
When you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever happens first. We will use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, and will not charge a refund fee.
Exceptions and other rights
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods or contracts set out by law. If an exception applies to a product, we will provide the information required before you place your order.
