We describe the products and their main characteristics on their product pages. Product images are provided to help you identify each item; colours may look different on different screens. Orders are subject to product availability. If an item cannot be supplied after you place an order, we will contact you and explain the available options.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices and the order total are shown during checkout before you submit your order. Any delivery charges and available delivery options, estimated delivery information and payment methods are displayed at checkout for your order. Please review these details before placing the order. We do not set out a delivery cost, delivery time or payment method here because these can depend on the options available for your order.
Placing an order
Before submitting your order, check the products, quantities, contact and delivery details, and total shown at checkout. The checkout will show the action that places the order and any payment step. We will send order-related messages to the contact details you provide. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you using those details and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
