DELIVERY OPTIONS
If your Order is shipped by 14:00 on Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day or at the latest on the next business day.
If the products are not available at our online store, we will notify you, regarding the delivery estimation, as soon as possible
1. Delivery in Greece
All shipments in Greece are free of charge for orders over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros, shipping cost is 4 EUR regardless of weight / volume and order cost, while pay on delivery option is charged 2.50€.
Your order will be shipped with the courier company ELTA Courier.
- For Greece, excluding inaccessible areas, delivery time is 2-5 working days from the date of shipment.
- For inaccessible areas in Greece, we will contact you for the exact delivery time.
2. Delivery abroad
Your order is shipped abroad with the company ELTA courier, with a cost of 20 €, regardless of weight / volume and order price.
- Delivery takes 10 business days from the date of shipment
- Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs duties and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Delivery in Cyprus
- Delivery takes 5 business days from the date of shipment
- No pay on delivery option
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 7 days from delivery.
Any shipping costs are not refundable. In order to be eligible for a refund, all products must be in excellent condition, with their existing labels, original packaging and be accompanied by all documents (retail receipt, invoice, any promotional material etc.)
You can choose between changing the ordered product or refund.
PRODUCT CHANGE: Products can be changed with any kind or size available.
REFUNDS: Refunds are made promptly within 5 business days of the item being returned and received. Refunds are only made on the original credit card or Paypal account used when ordering. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. Especially in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made to a bank account that you will provide to us. The amount to be refunded is the value of the product and not the value of shipping or cash back. For returns within Greece you are not charged with shipping costs for the first change if the courier company is ELTA Courier.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact courier company ELTA and send the parcel to us to the address below with the option of charging the receiver. (In case of shipment by another courier company, costs shall be covered by the sender)
When we receive the product and your return is accepted, we will notify you with the value of the returned product, by email or SMS on your mobile phone.

In the case of repeated consumer returns, Clairescloset reserves the right to refuse the product refund due to abuse.
ATTENTION! Refund is not applicable on discounted products or products that have been purchased with the use of a discount code.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To change products from abroad or Cyprus, the cost of return and shipping is borne by the customer.
