Legal Warranty

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This notice explains your statutory rights if an item purchased from Claire’s Closet is faulty or does not match the contract. These rights apply independently of any voluntary or manufacturer’s warranty.

Legal guarantee

Under EU consumer rules, goods must conform to the contract. The seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least two years from delivery, subject to the applicable law and any longer protection it provides.

What you can request

If an item is faulty or does not conform, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to have the item repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or not completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract and receive a refund.

We will review the issue and explain the available remedy. Your statutory remedies are provided without charge where the law requires it. This notice does not limit rights that cannot be excluded or reduced.
